Garlic Swiss Brown Mushrooms on Toast with Avocado, Lemon and Sundried Tomatoes
Swish brown mushrooms are absolutely my favourite mushrooms. They just seem to consistently cook better and taste better than other types! For perfect garlic mushrooms you can cook them in nuttelex, garlic powder and a pinch of sea salt.
For a delicious Snack or Breakfast:
smear some Avocado
on a piece of Toast,
add some sliced Tomato,
a few dollops of Hummus (not pictured),
a drizzle of Olive Oil,
a squeeze of Lemon
and a twist of Pepper.
Serve with Turkish Apple Tea.
