Baked Potato and Sweet Potato ‘chips’.
- Slice potato at desired thickness.
- Cover in olive oil, sea salt, paprika and rosemary to taste.
- Add some whole cloves of garlic too, they taste incredible baked like this.
- Bake for approx. 20 mins*, turning once.
*Cook for longer if you want them crispier, I was too hungry to wait!
