Baked Potato and Sweet Potato ‘chips’.
Slice potato at desired thickness.
Cover in olive oil, sea salt, paprika and rosemary to taste.
Add some whole cloves of garlic too, they taste incredible baked like this.
Bake for approx. 20 mins*, turning once.
Enjoy!
*Cook for longer if you want them crispier, I was too hungry to wait!
